He deals with the evaluation of public governance, and the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption and efficiency of Public Administrations.

He collaborates with Fondazione Etica, and with the Open Government Partnership of the Ministry of Public Administration.

After graduating in Law from the State University of Milan, he is completing a Master's degree on sustainable development and attending a specialized course at the same university.

He has taken courses at Oxford University and King's College London.

From 2014 to present, he has worked at law and notary firms, practicing law and providing legal advice.
