Administrative Capacity Index (REP)

REP is an Index of Administrative Capacity, which enables the comparative evaluation of Public Administrations (local, national and European), with particular focus on performance, anti-corruption and transparency. It analyses budget, governance, personnel, services, procurement and the environment, using objective data and the methodology of the ESG Sustainability Indices for the corporate world.

L’indicatore valuta la capacità di gestire il patrimonio immobiliare e di valorizzarlo, in termini di saldo tra affitti passivi e fitti attivi, rapportato alla popolazione.

Aziende Sanitarie Territoriali - Pediatri ogni 1000 abitanti in età infantile (v.a.)

L'indicatore misura il numero di pediatri rapportato alla popolazione in età infantile, tra 0 e 14 anni, ai quali il pediatra assicura l’accesso ai servizi e prestazioni inclusi nei Livelli Essenziali di Assistenza (LEA) e garantiti dal Servizio Sanitario Nazionale (SSN).

Aziende Sanitarie Territoriali - Posti letto ogni 1000 abitanti (v.a.)

L'indicatore valuta la disponibilità di posti letto nei presidi ospedalieri gestiti dall'Ente, in rapporto alla popolazione.

Regioni - Esternalizzazione dei servizi (%)

L'indicatore misura in termini percentuali le attività e servizi che l'Ente affida alla realizzazione di soggetti terzi.

Regioni - Spesa per tutela, valorizzazione e recupero ambientale (€ p.c.)

L'indicatore misura la quota di spesa corrente che l'Ente riserva, nel proprio bilancio, in termini pro capite, alla tutela, alla valorizzazione e al recupero ambientale.
