He mainly deals with the evaluation of public governance, and the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption and efficiency of Public Administrations in terms of quantitative and statistical analysis. 

He firstly got the Bachelor's Degree in Statistics at the University of Palermo and then the Master's Degree in Statistical Sciences at the University of Padova.

He worked as tutor at Dispenso startup, focusing on RStudio software, and then at Punto Ciemme on CRM development, data analysis and reporting.
