He deals with the evaluation of public governance, and the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption and efficiency of Public Administrations.

He has collaborated with Fondazione Etica since 2015, and also collaborates with Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

After graduating in Economic Statistics from Sapienza University of Rome, from 2002 to 2021 he worked for Lazio Innova Spa, in the analysis and studies sector, with particular interest in social and economic aspects of local development.

Since 2021 he has been senior economist in PAGOPA, responsible for the monitoring and implementation of projects managed by the company under the PNRR.

He collaborated with the Presidency of the Council of Ministries - Cohesion Agency.
