He works in the evaluation of public governance and in the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption, and efficiency within Public Administrations.

He first obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Perugia, and later completed his Master’s degree at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.

In his previous professional experiences, he dealt with issues related to transparency and corruption prevention at a Ministry, a foundation of local authorities, and a private healthcare organization.
