She works on the evaluation of public governance, and the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption and efficiency of Public Administrations.

She collaborates with Fondazione Etica and the Open Government Partnership at the Ministry of Public Administration.

After graduating in Business and Market Economics, from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, she obtained a Master's degree in Economics at the same university, delving into topics related to European Union policies and its economic processes.

She carried out periods of study at SciencesPo (Paris) and the University of California (Berkeley), and holds several certificates to courses.
