Paolo Andreasi

He collaborates with REP in the area of business development, with a particular focus on the private sector.

He was a Partner at KPMG, one of the leading global audit and advisory organizations, where he held leadership roles in the management of the Brescia office and coordinated professional teams engaged in audit activities for major national and international companies.

Over the course of his career, he developed solid experience in managing complex engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and interacting with the top management of major organizations.

Alongside his professional activity, he has been involved in teaching and training for Professional Associations, Universities, and within KPMG’s internal training programs.

He later embarked on a training path in clinical psychology, earning a degree in Clinical Psychology after previously obtaining a degree in Economics and Business Administration. He currently works in clinical practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist in training, integrating his experience in the world of organizations with the study of individual and relational psychological processes.

He has been collaborating with Fondazione Etica for several years.
