He mainly deals with the evaluation of public governance, and the comparative measurement of transparency, anti-corruption and efficiency of Public Administrations in terms of quantitative and statistical analysis. 

He firstly got the Bachelor's Degree in Statistics at the University of Firenze and then the Master's Degree in Statistics and Data Science at the same University.
