Corriere della Sera published our indicators relevant to economic and financial management of Italian Regions. They show a less polarized situation about economic resources management. Actually, even if the discrepancy between Northern Regions - more performing -  and the Southern ones - more in difficulties -  is confirmed, we can say that the North is not always better than the South and the South is not always worse than the North. It is what demonstrate the economic and financial burdening of Liguria or, on the contrary, the good performance of Puglia.

To take into account the functioning capacity of the administrative machine to understand how to spend, and for what, is crucial to use at their best the resources coming from the Europe that, nowadays, constitute an ummissable opportunity to modernize Italy.
