REP Srl is a Research Centre focused on Public Administrations.

In May 2022, the company was founded in Milan as a spin-off of Fondazione Etica to carry on its activity of analysis and evaluation of the public sector. 

Therefore, the company is the exclusive licensee of the Public Rating trademark patent, owned by Fondazione Etica, the first of which was registered in 2012 at the Italian Patent & Trademark Office, under No. 0001511209, and of the copyrights relevant to the methodology and the database.
